Payment Policy

Janata Darbar does not charge citizens any fee for filing public grievances, submitting licensing questions, or accessing our district circular directories. All basic routing, tracking, and advice workflows remain free of cost.

Any request for administrative assistance or advice is executed pro-bono by our legal and civil network.

To sustain the platform, server hosts, and district facilitation offices, Janata Darbar accepts voluntary donations and contributions from citizens.

Transactions initiated via the UPI QR codes or contribute buttons are processed directly under the designated banking credentials of the platform and are strictly voluntary.

All financial transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Janata Darbar utilizes fully secure UPI interfaces and payment gateways. No card pins, net banking passwords, or private UPI credentials are stored on our servers.
