Refund & Return Policy

Since Janata Darbar is a public utility platform running entirely on citizen contributions, all financial transactions made to our UPI channels or payment forms are treated as voluntary donations.

Donations are immediately routed to server hosting accounts, clinic logistics, and platform maintenance operations. Consequently, donations are generally non-refundable.

In case of double-deductions, network timeout failures, or bank clearance latency errors where money was debited without producing a confirmation, citizens can email us at help@janatadarbar.com.

Please share the transaction reference ID, date, amount, and payment screenshot. Our team will verify credentials and coordinate reversals within 7-10 working days if duplicate deductions are confirmed.
