Janata Darbar Platform Rules

Last Updated: July 18, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Janata Darbar collects personal identification details necessary to facilitate governance representation. This includes your full name, mobile number, email address, physical address, state, district, and other files or documentation supporting your grievance submissions.

If you utilize our Nagarik Suvidha portal, we may request administrative detail inputs like state location registry and identification parameters to coordinate verification desks.

2. How We Use Your Information

All information is exclusively used to route, verify, and resolve your complaints. Details are mapped to the respective ministries, departments, local municipal councils, or pro-bono mediation lawyers based on your selected department.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal data to commercial third parties. Your coordinates are strictly shared with administrative desks for facilitation.

3. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Grievance documents and identification files are held on secure cloud servers with strict access authorization filters.

Donors making payments via UPI scan codes or card gates are processed on external, PCI-DSS compliant secure payment gateway terminals.
