Our initiative focuses on building transparent, responsive, and citizen-first public administration. We coordinate with local councils, municipal boards, and regional secretary offices to digitize file flows, track official complaints, and publish administrative updates. Our goal is to reduce bureaucratic red tape, improve file turnarounds, and establish local grievance monitoring boards under the direct supervision of District Magistrates.
